As a real estate broker and as real estate counsel, Mr. McAlpin has represented real estate investors, brokers and developers throughout Southern California. He has been the primary attorney in numerous real estate related disputes. Mr. McAlpin has also been actively involved in representing various Chapter 7 Trustees where he has been the lead attorney in liquidating numerous multi-million dollar bankruptcy estates. As a result of his bankruptcy representations, Mr. McAlpin has been an integral part in every aspect of selling real property as an attorney and as a real estate broker, including the selling of hotels, commercial office buildings, vacant lots, land and single and multi-family residential properties.
